ONLINE SHOPPING - TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
TIMELINE:
ALL products - allow a minimum of 2-5 business days to arrive in store - this includes in store collection from date of order, products are not in store for same day collection.
TIMBERLINE/Custom Made products - allow up to 3 weeks minimum to arrive in store.
IN STORE PICK-UP/COLLECTION:
Please contact the store to arrange your time/date for collection. It is the customers responsibility to bring a suitable vehicle, there is a forklift on site to load onto suitable vehicles. If you do not have a suitable vehicle you must bring an able person to assist you to manually load any and all products.
Gunnedah Carpet Court team members are not required to manually load any products of any weight or size and they reserve the right to decline manual labour assistance.
LOCAL DELIVERY 2380:
Is only for the postcodes of 2380. If access is difficult, restricted or unsafe your delivery will be cancelled and subject to delivery charge component refund. If you will not be home at your discussed and agreed time/date your products will be left in a safe place with an accompanying photo and Gunnedah Carpet Court will not be responsible for any missing products. We encourage you to be home or have someone on your behalf.
IMPORTANT NOTE: YOUR PRODUCTS WILL BE DELIVERED TO AN EASY ACCESS POINT AND NOT INTO YOUR PROPERTY, UP STAIRS, NARROW SIDE WALKS, OR BACKYARDS.
DAMAGE:
Any and all products need to be inspected by the customer within 24hrs of leaving store/receiving delivery to report any form of damage. Gunnedah Carpet Court & Taps Tubs n Tiles will not be held responsible for damaged products after this 24hr period. Customer is required to collect/inspect products in a prompt manner to avoid disappointment of damage claims. Customer is responsible for inspecting products thoroughly prior to the installation.
These terms are passed on from our suppliers’ terms and conditions.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Any and all returns and exchanges will be subject to approval prior to being accepted. A minimum restocking fee of 20% (supplier dependant) and the return to manufacturer freight charges will be passed onto the customer to pay. Packaging must be intact and in good condition. Gunnedah Carpet Court & Taps Tubs n Tiles will not be held responsible for incorrect quantities, configurations, colours or sizes. It is the customers responsibility to confirm prior to securing order. Change of mind exchanges and returns will not be eligible.
NOTE: Timberline/Custom made products are not eligible and will not be considered.
TILES:
Gunnedah Carpet Court & Taps Tubs n Tiles can assist with working out quantities based on customer measurements but are not and will not be held responsible for incorrect quantities. Customer is required to confirm quantities themselves or with a trusted tradesman prior to ordering and installation. Tiles are a non-refundable product and will not be eligible for return, exchange or refund. Tiles are ordered in specifically for customer. Tiles are fragile products and should be treated as such, we suggest ordering extra to be safe. Ensure shades are the same prior to installation. It is advised to speak to qualified professionals prior to installation of tiles.
